The Roanoke Valley Resource Authority (RVRA) is accepting formal sealed bids for construction of the Smith Gap Landfill Phase VII Expansion Project.  

A prebid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., local prevailing time on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at the Smith Gap Landfill administration building located at 8484 Bradshaw Road, Salem, VA 24153.  

Sealed bids will be received by RVRA at 1020 Hollins Rd., NE, Roanoke, VA 24012, until 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on Thursday, March 30, 2023.
